About Me

Researcher Profile

I help turn data into decisions: building research that translates complex social processes into clear, actionable insight for decision-makers.

PhD in Sociology, Leading Research Fellow and research theme lead with more than 15 years' experience in academic research and analytics — working at the intersection of quantitative methodology, qualitative interpretation, project leadership and public communication. Co-lead of the state assignment theme “Dynamics of Youth Social Behaviour in Education and the Labour Market” (2025–2027); previously led an RSF (Russian Science Foundation) grant on horizontal professional mobility (2017–2019).

“Data without interpretation is just noise;
interpretation without data is just opinion.”
